OUR STORY
Food feeds the soul of every family home, community and culture across Asia. It’s often times seen as the centrepiece, that bonds bloodlines. Heart-warming, healthy soups have always played an integral part to most Asian dining rituals.
In 2019, childhood friends Siv Phou and Ngorty Chea sought to bring an intimate taste from their family tables, to the heart of Cabramatta where they grew up… and the doors of Mama Tang were opened.
Mama Tang (Tang meaning ‘soup’
in Chinese) represents centuries of
precious family recipes, passed down from generation to generation. Today, the pair proudly serve a menu influenced by their predecessors’ recipes.
